Note that the three proposals are quite different in scale: Post Road is just for Parcel 5. The Spencer proposal is for Parcels 2 and 5. And the Carpianato Group proposes developing Parcels 2, 5 and 8.
At the conclusion of the presentations a form was handed out on which the attendees — JDA members and the general public — could rate the proposals. The results are shown in the chart below.
